How long does a commission take?
Every commission will take a different amount of time. Depending on size, weave, and design, it can be anywhere from 1 month - 3 months. I will do my best to update you regularly regarding your order. Feel free to reach out for updates anytime.
What is an appropriate budget range?
Do you do repairs?
Yes absolutely. If you need repairs, size adjustments, or updates to your piece, please reach out. Most repairs and adjustments can be done free of charge.
What is your return policy?
Commissioned pieces are not able to be returned. This is because I spend a significant amount of time designing and communication with you to create something special. Ready-made items can be returned for full price.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. I will do my best to estimate shipping for your commissioned piece and work that into your budget.
